1. Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 Days Before Departure:- Refund of 60% of the total booking amount. A 40% administrative fee will be charged.
- 60-45 Days Before Departure:- Refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
- 45-30 Days Before Departure:- Refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.
2. No-Show Policy
“No-Show” occurs when:
- A traveler does not appear at the scheduled time and place for their trip or service.
- No prior cancellation or rescheduling request is communicated before the deadline specified by the provider.
Why the No-Show Policy is Important
- Operational Costs: Service providers incur costs for pre-arranged bookings, which cannot be recouped due to no-shows.
- Efficiency: It allows providers to allocate resources effectively and maintain seamless service for other customers.
- Fairness: Ensures that cancellations or rescheduling requests are handled systematically, benefiting both the traveler and the provider.
3. Cancellation by Us
In certain rare circumstances, Religious Tour and Travel may need to cancel your booking. While we strive to ensure every trip proceeds as planned, unforeseen events may arise that are beyond our control. Below are the terms of cancellation initiated by us:
Possible Reasons for Cancellation
- Government Restrictions: Travel bans, permits denied, or official orders affecting the tour.
- Natural Disasters or Adverse Weather: Floods, landslides, or other weather conditions making travel unsafe.
- Low Participation: Group tours that do not meet the minimum number of participants.
- Operational Challenges: Transportation, accommodation, or unforeseen logistical issues.
- Health and Safety Concerns: Pandemics, outbreaks, or other situations where traveler safety is at risk.
Our Commitment in Case of Cancellation
- Partial Refund: You will receive a 70% refund of the booking amount if we cancel the trip.
- Rescheduling Options: We will offer alternative dates or packages to ensure minimal disruption to your plans. We can postponed your trip for the next year if yatra will cancelled parmanently
- Prior Notice:
- We will inform you as early as possible to allow sufficient time for alternate arrangements.
4. Non-Refundable Components
Certain components like permits, flight tickets, or third-party services might be non-refundable. These will be specified during the booking process.
Terms & Conditions (TnC): Key Points to Know
1. Booking Confirmation
- A minimum deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance payment must be made installment as per the our payment policy. All dues should be clear atleast 30days before the Yatra start.
2. Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other accepted modes.
- Any additional transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Responsibilities of the Traveler
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide accurate personal details during booking.
- Carry necessary documentation, including identity proof, travel permits/registration, RFID card, Helicopter tickets (Only those pilgrims who plan by helicopter) and medical certificates (if required for destinations like Amarnath Yatra).
4. Travel Insurance
- We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as medical emergencies or trip cancellations.
5. Changes to Bookings
- Requests for changes to bookings (e.g., date changes, participant substitutions) are subject to availability and additional charges.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey, Religious Tour and Travel is not responsible for:
- Delays or disruptions caused by weather, political conditions, country pandemic, curfew, or natural disasters.
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
